We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cartagena. The staff, especially Rafael, were amazing and made us feel very welcome. The location on one of the prettiest streets in the historic center was perfect. It was peaceful, felt safe, and close to two nice squares with lots of restaurants. We loved being able to explore the city on foot from this central location. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious.
Nothing, no complaints at all. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

Charming old affordable hotel with good value, we had an amazing stay. Spotless and compact room, it included a mini-bar, climate control, and an individual safe. The staff was very attentive, they showed us what efficient service is supposed to be like. The venue was in a very central setting close to everything.
